The New Face of Online Marketing

Not too long ago the idea of online marketing was seen as unnecessary and trendy. Then everybody woke up and realized that the internet is an integral part of any marketing strategy. Banner ads and other online placements became popular and soon became the standard for online marketing.

But, technology moves quickly and companies have the ever-challenging task of keeping up with the times. So, while online marketing is still vital for your business, it has taken on a new shape that many businesses don’t yet recognize – behavior marketing.

This refers to a new way of hitting the moving target of online browsers that go from site to site gathering information. While they might not make a purchase the first time they see your website or ad, behavioral marketing puts your information in front of them a number of times as they surf. This gives you a bigger online footprint and increases the impact of every marketing dollar you spend.

My belief of what an advertising agency should be providing their clients is simple. Innovation, expert advice, strategic planning, development and execution and bottom-line accountability.
